Training

Goalkeepers

Good training tips for Goalkeepers is to have a good coach with good motivation and coaching Goalkeeper skills. For top leagues 18+, Division 1 and 2 14+ and Divisions lower then that 11+.

Outfield players

Good Outfield coaching skills, Determinaton, Motivation and disiplin are the main attributes i suggest in the top Divisions 19+ and in divisions 1,2 and 3 14+. If in lower league i would suggest 10+.

Youngsters

With youngsters you got to train them hard and with good coaches with +14 in all divisions and good facilitys would be good too. Motivation, Working with Younsters, Disciplin, Coaching outfield players and that should do.

Good luck with my help!!!

EARLY MORNING
I recomend you to put up some light type of training like Heading, Set Pieces, Techique Play , Shooting or even just Rest the players. If you are thinking of putting your players up for a Cross-Country run, make sure you rest the players in the late morning and afternoon.

LATE MORNING
You can start all the intense type of traning in this period of time. Try to balance the training type of the day. If you are planning to give your player and intense type of traning in the afternnon, why not put a simply type of training like Pig In The Middle, Shadow Play, 5-A-Side and others.

AFTERNOON                                                                                                                            After a long day of training, You could consider giving your players training like Weight Training, Training Match and Penalties. Rest is the best training selection if you want to maintain your players in a high playing condition. Hope all this tips would really easen up your training dilemma.
