Training
For the best training i suggest you have the best training facilities availible ask your board if you dont already have them. Search for coaches that are currently umemployed if you dont have any transfer money. Finally make up 3 scedules defence, midfield and attack. For defence put things like heading,overloading (defending) and other defensive things. For midfield put things like Pig in Middle and both overloadings. For attackers put shooting, heading and overloading attacking.
